There is little in life I love more than ice-cream, but unfortunately it appears that this is not the healthiest as part of a daily diet. To come up with a speedy solution to this catastrophe I made this banana chocolate ice-cream – all the taste, none of the bad things!
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- Blend the bananas in a food processor until creamy – add a dash of milk if too thick but be careful not to add too much
- Add the cocoa powder and blend again just enough to mix
- Serve topped with grated dark chocolate
