Chocolate Banana Ice-Cream


There is little in life I love more than ice-cream, but unfortunately it appears that this is not the healthiest as part of a daily diet. To come up with a speedy solution to this catastrophe I made this banana chocolate ice-cream – all the taste, none of the bad things!


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa


  1. Blend the bananas in a food processor until creamy – add a dash of milk if too thick but be careful not to add too much
  2. Add the cocoa powder and blend again just enough to mix
  3. Serve topped with grated dark chocolate
