I will admit that I try not to buy certain foods out and smoothies are one of those things. I feel like nowhere can make them as healthy as they are when you make them yourself – not to mind they are an absolute rip-off! Why spend a fiver on a smoothie one day when you can make your own smoothies every day for a week for that much? I was going to write that this is quick and easy – but that’s a given!
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 5 large strawberries
- 250ml milk of your choice
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a glass.
